Board Member Biography
David Herr, MD
Dr. Herr is a board-certified pediatrician in Grand Junction, Colorado. He is Associate Medical Director at Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP). In his position at RMHP, he works with physicians to develop innovative systems of care by initiating the Chronic Care Model, a population-based systems approach to primary care. He has also worked with various groups, both locally and statewide, to promote education and to support parents of children with special healthcare needs.
