Board Member Biography
Joe Broughton, MD
Dr. Broughton is an Associate Medical Director for Rocky Mountain Health Plans. He is responsible for Front Range Utilization Management. Through the American Association of Heath Plans, Dr. Broughton is a Certified Medical Executive (CME). He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care. Dr. Broughton is also a member of the Colorado Medical Society.
