Staff Biography
Thea Carruth, MPH
Guidelines Project Manager
Thea is working on facilitating the development of new, evidenced-based guidelines as well as working with our experts in Colorado on updating CCGC’s existing guidelines. Her involvement in healthcare and non-profit organizations spans many years and in a variety of settings including: The Children’s Hospital; The American Heart Association; and the American Cancer Society. Most recently, she worked to implement the electronic, immunization registry visiting public and private practices around the state of Colorado. She continues to direct her time and energy toward developing a deeper understanding of the health care experience; especially as it relates to health promotion. Thea and her husband, Gordon enjoy every aspect of life in Colorado: gardening, hiking, skiing and traveling the state.
