The Colorado Clinical Guidelines Collaborative (CCGC) is a unique non-profit coalition of health plans, physicians, hospitals, employers, government agencies, quality improvement organizations, and other entities working together to implement systems and processes, using evidence-based clinical guidelines, to improve healthcare in Colorado.
