Screening Questionnaire for Adult Immunizations in Multiple Languages
Patient screening before administering vaccines is an important step in immunization service delivery. Sometimes accurate screening is more difficult when the patient does not speak or read English. CCGC acquired or arranged translations of standard CDC screening questions in several languages that are commonly encountered in the U.S.
